This early 2013 railtour originated at Lublin in the wee small hours of a May Saturday. The train continued to a junction of Stalowa Wola Rozwadów where it connected with an overnight TLK from Warsaw and where hence a number of passengers joined. After Stalowa Wola the train ran via Biłgoraj, Zwierzyniec, Zawada, Zamość to Hrubieszów and finally the former carriage works of ZNTK Hrubieszów. On the route back, a catering was organised at Hrubieszów Miasto and following that, the train returned to Lublin via Zamość, Zawada and Rejowiec (a run-round). Several photo-stops along the route were organised, one of them even with the train being overtaken by a heavy goods train on the broad gauge LHS line running parallel. The train consisted of an SM48-127 still in the old good green PKP livery, one of the very few left in such as of then, and three first-class carriages. Such a formation was chosen to resemble the late stopping trains from Zawada to Hrubieszów, which would often be formed of coaches heading to or returning from an overhaul at the Hrubieszów works. Reportedly, it wasn't sure that a green SM48 would eventually haul this special, as PKP Cargo would only commit to providing 'some traction, not a particular loco', but thanks to the goodwill of a handful of railwaymen, it did and it well deserved praise!
